    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, it will be deemed as pre-order and the product will be shipped once available
  2. Order Processing:
    Once you place an order, it will be marked as "Processing." This status indicates that we are preparing your item for shipment.

  3. Packing and Shipping:
    When your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp (if you provided your WhatsApp details during checkout). This tracking link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  4. Tracking Information:
    The tracking link will be sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you entered at the time of placing your order. Please ensure these details are correct to receive timely updates.

  5. Delivery Location
    Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in geographical boundaries of India. For any shipments outside of India, please contact us at +91 9892629269 for more details.

  6. Customization Jerseys:
    Please note that jerseys with customization may require additional processing time. This extra time is needed to ensure that all custom details are accurately applied. As a result, delivery for customized jerseys might take longer than for standard items.

  7. Delivery Time
    An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
    Please note we do not ship on Sunday.

    You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
  9. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
    Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
    Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
  10. Damaged Items or missing items in Transport
    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately only via email. If you receive any items less please contact us within 24 hours with evidence of video and photographs of opening the parcel so that we can file for insurance claims. Any such claim after 24 hours will not be entertained.
